What is a condo vacation?
Condo vacations are rapidly gaining popularity because they
allow you use of a fully equipped condominium unit, villa or
cottage, and access to on-site amenities at premier destination
resorts. These vacations are priced per unit, for a total of
7-nights.
What are the advantages of condo vacations versus a hotel stay?
Value. Condo vacation prices are based per unit rather than by
occupancy; for example if you have a 2Bdrm unit that sleeps up
to 8 people the cost per person is greatly reduced as opposed to
a hotel that would charge more per extra person! In addition,
in-unit amenities such as kitchens and laundry facilities
further reduce extra expenses, making your vacation considerably
less than a hotel stay.
Flexibility. Condo vacations allow for great flexibility on unit
size and resort location. Choose from a studio unit to 3 bedroom
unit at popular vacation destinations around the globe. Use your
condo unit has a home base while you explore the local culture -
whether you are in a remote hilltop villa or centrally located
in an urban metropolis - quality resorts allow for an "at home"
refuge.
How long is my condo vacation? Can I extend my stay?
Condo vacations are for 7 nights and the dates offered are firm.
You may choose not to stay the entire length of the week;
however you must advise the resort in advance if you will be
arriving late. Any extensions to your vacation will need to be
arranged directly with the resort.
What is included in my condo vacation?
The cost includes accommodation for 7 nights. Any extra costs
for All-Inclusive fees, security deposits, transportation,
communication, taxes or additional resort facility fees are the
responsibility of the guests and payable directly to the resort.
How do I search for a vacation?
Click on any of the images on the home page to search a broad
range of destinations and activities. You can also use the Condo
Finder to search by a specific region, city, or date range. We
also encourage you to use the Destinations Finder, which lists
the most popular vacation destinations as well as accompanying
virtual tours of local area attractions.
What if I want to stay at a specific resort?
You can search by resort name using the Condo Finder function; a
list of all unit sizes available at that resort will be
displayed, simply click on the unit size you are interested in
to view a list of available dates. Should no listings appear it
means we are currently not showing availability at that
particular resort.
How many people does my unit accommodate?
Beside the resort name you will see a room size, followed by two
digits separated by a slash.
E.g. 2BDRM 6/4 = means a 2 bedroom unit that has a maximum
occupancy of 6 people and privacy for 4.
What is the process for making an online condo booking?
Once you have found a unit of interest, simply click the Request
button. To complete the booking, you will be asked to enter your
credit card number. Availability will then be verified and a
copy of your request sent to your email address. If the unit was
successfully held, you will have 20 hours in which to cancel
your request. Should you not cancel your order during the
holding period, payment will be automatically processed and the
unit confirmed. Confirmation documentation will be emailed to
you by the end of the following business day. You can monitor
the status of your request from the My Bookings option. Please
note that once a booking has been confirmed the unit cannot be
returned, refunded or canceled. We highly recommend the purchase
of travel insurance.
Who do I contact if there is a problem at check in?
Your confirmation documentation will give you specific
instructions on what to do in the case of any issues at check
in. It is imperative that you pay close attention to these
instructions.
Can I make a request on behalf of someone else?
When making your request you will be given the option to make
the request for yourself or someone else. Please note most
resorts require at least one occupant of the unit to be at least
21 years of age.
How do I cancel a request?
To cancel a booking within the first 20 hours of the hold
period, go to My Bookings, select the order you wish to cancel
by clicking on the order number and update the order status.
Please note no other method of cancellation will be accepted.
Am I able to cancel my condo vacation booking?
No. Once a condo unit has been confirmed it cannot be returned,
refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. We strongly
recommend the purchase of travel insurance
